Degree–seeking students have an opportunity to study at IKBFU free of charge if they receive a governmental study quota (scholarship, granted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia).

You can receive a quota for the following studies:

• Full-time degree studies
• Preparatory course
• Summer courses
• Short-term studies

The quota covers tuition fee for the whole duration of the study programme. It does not cover dormitory fee.

To receive a study quota for studying at IKBFU you need to take the following steps:

1. Register on education-in-russia.com
2. Attach scans of your documents to your application form
3. Select the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University as your No.1 priority University
4. Choose a study programme
5. Submit an application form and wait for the results
