To promote Russian pedagogical practices, culture and education, provide methodological support, share the experience of leading Russian pedagogical schools in the Republic of India
To implement joint educational, cultural, and scientific projects, serving the needs of both the scientific community and the general public interested in Russian pedagogical heritage and Russian culture
To popularise the Russian language and culture through various themed events
