IKBFU hosts examinations in Russian language, Russian history and the basics of Russian legislation aimed at foreign citizens seeking a work permit, temporary residence permit, and permanent residence permit.

The University provides counselling for foreign citizens and other interested individuals on matters related to the examination, as well as briefing on the examination procedure.

The examination of foreign citizens is carried out on a paid basis with the subsequent issuance of a document (certificate).
