February Brings Heavy Snow to Botanical Garden

The sudden cold snap took the IKBFU Botanical Garden by surprise. February frost confused the already blossoming winter aconite, Christmas roses, snowdrops, witch hazel and daphne.

Fortunately, snow is good at retaining heat, providing a covering for the plants. We hope for full blooms when the weather gets warmer.

Kaliningrad citizens and guests of the city are welcome to visit the Botanical Garden. The ticket office is open from 10:00 to 16:00, the Garden is available for visitors every day of the week from 10:00 to 17:00.
