On 22th November at the Maritime Exhibition Center of the Museum of the World Ocean in Svetlogorsk held a festival “Club of travelers”, dedicated to the country of thousands of islands — Indonesia. Creative teams performed on stage, and the staff of the Exhibition Center conducted a thematic quiz and told about the environmental problem facing the country — plastic in the sea, from which not only people but also animals suffer.
The festival’s guests were introduced to the native country of IKBFU student from Indonesia, Seran Kamilus. The young man sang a song “Native country – Indonesia” with guitar, and also shared interesting facts about his country and life in Russia.

In one of the videos, I saw the sincerity when employees raised the issue of plastic affecting the marine ecosystem in Indonesia. The sea is our common home. The love of Russians for the country of a thousand islands is similar to the lyrics of a song I performed: “keep love to you in our hearts”. The Russian girls repeated Indonesian dances very professionally, with special love, |
