IKBFU Botanical Garden Welcomes Visitors to Enjoy Late Summer Blooms

The IKBFU Botanical Garden invites residents of Kaliningrad and visitors to the city to enjoy the beauty of nature, take a break from the hustle and bustle, and savour the charm of the last month of summer.

The garden is particularly lovely at this time of year. Amidst the lush greenery, colourful flowerbeds, and rare plants, summer seems to stand still — offering the last of the warm days and a unique atmosphere. Visitors will be able to see gladioli, spider flowers, chrysanthemums, black‑eyed Susans, roses, lavender, and sage in bloom. Also worth seeking out are Meyer lilac, Ricky magnolia, spiked speedwell, Japanese anemone, Canadian goldenrod, rhododendrons, and white dogwood. Special recommendations include dahlias, Magnolia 'Betty', viburnum, phlox, and Chinese bellflower, along with the daisies, which are already beginning to fade.

Please note that the Botanical Garden is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00, while the conservatory is open from 12:00 to 16:00.
