IKBFU is gradually improving its positions in THE Subject Rankings, with excellent progress over the year: Physical Sciences and Engineering (+2 points), Social Sciences (+4 points), Arts and Humanities (+5.7 points). Special mention should be made of the field of Arts and Humanities, where the University managed not only to improve its overall score, but also to improve its position compared to last year.

IKBFU is featured in 11 subject categories in four research areas: • Arts and Humanities: 501–600 Linguistics, philology, literary studies, history, philosophy and theology, architecture, archaeology, performing arts, design; • Social Sciences: 601–800 Communication and media studies, journalism, political science and international relations, sociology, social geography and anthropology; • Engineering: 801–1000 General engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical and aerospace engineering, civil and chemical engineering; • Physical Sciences: 801–1000 Physics, chemistry, maths, statistics, astronomy, geology, environmental sciences. |
