Partnership with the university of the largest South American country is an important event for IKBFU. Dozens of Brazilian international students are currently enrolled at our University, primarily studying medicine, physics, and the Russian language. We wish to expand our cooperation through academic exchanges, joint scientific research and development, and scientific conferences. The University of Brasília is renowned for its leadership in biomedical research, engineering, social sciences, which could prove as areas for fruitful cooperation. In 2026, the new world-class campus will open its doors to thousands of new students, and we hope that students from Brazil will be among them. |
The IKBFU Research and Education Centre “Smart Materials and Biomedical Applications” has been collaborating with the Physics Institute of the University of Brasília since 2019. As part of this partnership, Brazilian physicists have delivered lectures to IKBFU students. Ongoing joint projects include the development of innovative water and air purification devices, alongside co-authored publications on the morphostructural and magnetic properties of ultra-small nanoparticles.
