IKBFU Students Took Part in Marine Research Conference «MARESEDU 2022»

The international scientific and practical conference was addressed by students of the Higher School of Living Systems Kristina Borovkova, Diana Kazakova, Anastasia Kartashova, Ksenia Balashova, Sergey Scherbakov, graduate students of the Higher School of Living Systems Ksenia Korobchenkova, Ivan Dudkov and Denis Gogolev, and student of the Higher School of Hospitality Ilya Naumov. The event was held at the Lomonosov Moscow State University Marine Research Center from October 24-28.

"MARESEDU 2022" focused on oceanology, marine biology and ecology, and land hydrology. In addition to presentations, the conference included screenings of popular science and educational short films.

Poster presentations by Kristina Borovkova and Sergey Scherbakov were selected as the best in their sections.

Ksenia Korobchenkova, graduate student of the Higher School of Living Systems:

I presented a poster paper on the migration of the maximum turbidity zone in the southeastern part of the Baltic Sea. Thank you to the Kant Baltic Federal University Student Science Center for a great opportunity to participate in the conference, listen to interesting reports, communicate with colleagues from other scientific institutions and adopt their research experience. The trip was supported by the Student Science Center and funded by the "Priority 2030" development program.
