IKBFU took part in the All-Russian Forum "Student Tourism 2023

The All-Russian Forum "Student Tourism — 2023" was held in Moscow and brought together 150 participants from various Russian universities.

The purpose of the forum was to summarize the results of the program in 2022 and to develop a further strategy for implementing the student tourism program in the country.

Andrey Gorbunov, Director of the Student Dormitory Complex and member of the Organizing Committee for the Student Tourism Program, and Katerina Bobrysheva, SMM-specialist of the Program and the Department for Student Potential Development, represented IKBFU at the forum. They presented the project of the All-Russian Forum "Student Tourism — 2022. Baltic route", which was held as part of the grant projects from Russian Youth agencies.

Andrey Gorbunov:
For already two years Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University has been actively involved in the implementation of the Federal Student Tourism Program, so it was important for us to meet with colleagues from Russian universities to share experiences and create network projects.

The forum included a plenary session, which discussed the development of domestic youth and student tourism, as well as interaction in working groups, where projects were developed and ideas for the development of inter-regional and interuniversity cooperation in the program, as well as ideas for internship programs for students and young scientists and projects for media promotion of the program.

At the end of the forum, IKBFU received a letter of gratitude for its contribution to implementing the program to develop youth and student tourism.
