The Institute of Management and Territorial Development held an international conference on the 28th of April. The conference “Law and Economy: Challenges of the Modern Age” was organized by IKBFU and Kazan Federal University.
Experts in the field of civil, business, family, international private law, theory and history of state and law, economics, practicing lawyers, students, postgraduate students from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Saratov, Ekaterinburg, Syktyvkar, Tyumen, and also from other states — Republic of Belarus (Minsk and Grodno), Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent), Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek) participated in the conference.
Conference participants learned about the latest trends in the development of national economic security law in the Republic of Belarus from the report of Natalia Bondarenko, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of Economic Law Department of the Belarusian State University. Andrey Bogustov from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of International Law Department, highlighted in his report the problems in the development of tort liability of artificial intelligence.
In addition, during the conference participants were able to get acquainted with the trends in the development of legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which were presented by Dilor Karakhodjaeva, Doctor of Law, professor of the civil law department of the Tashkent State Law University and Eduard Egamberdiev, PhD in legal sciences, acting associate professor of the civil law department of the Tashkent State Law University.
