Media Invitation: International Conference on the Protection of the Rights of Russian Compatriots in the Baltic Region Countries

The International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Status of Russian Compatriots in the Baltic Region Countries 2025" will be held at the IKBFU on 27–28 March 2025. The conference will be attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, including members of both chambers of the Federal Assembly, heads of the subjects of the Russian Federation, representatives of public organisations, academic community, as well as Russian compatriots living abroad. The following speakers will be in attendance:

•  Alexander Udaltsov, Executive Director of the Foundation for the Support and Protection of the Rights of Compatriots Living Abroad
•  Konstantin Zatulin, Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation
•  Marina Butina, Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation
•  Grigory Lukyantsev, Director of the Department for Multilateral Human Rights Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation
