The crash course in the Russian language includes workshops, practical training and linguistic games to help Russian-learners improve their speaking and writing skills. The participants will learn a wide range of expressions needed for a person arriving to Russia for the first time: how to introduce yourself properly, place an order in a restaurant, ask for directions, etc. The tasks in the training are divided on three sections depending on the participants’ language competence.
More than 1700 people from 74 countries are expected to join the crash course.

Alexander Fedorov, IKBFU Rector: |
The new digital reality allows us to overcome borders and opens up new opportunities for professional and cultural communication. The online crash course unites everyone who is interested in Russian culture and the Russian language — both those who are just taking their first steps in learning the language and those for whom it has already become a profession and the calling in life. This course will provide you with opportunity to improve your competence in the language and to learn more about what Russia really is. We are glad to welcome the participants from all around the globe and we hope that this course will become a new tradition of the university. |
