Alexander Fedorov, Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University rector: |
The first six months of cooperation with Bukhara Medical Institute showed great potential for the rapid growth and development of medical education in Russia and Uzbekistan. This year, BFU has hosted BSMI students twice: at the "Microbiology and Biotechnology" summer school and at the semester study program which takes place within the framework of our agreements with the Uzbek university. We do not stop at the results achieved and will continue to strengthen cooperation between our universities: we plan to create new educational programs, conduct joint research and open a program of trilateral cooperation with Chinese medical universities. |
