Visiting policy

Working hours: from 09:00 to 22:00
(new guests admitted until 21:30)

Prohibited:

Smoking
Disturbing or inconveniencing others
Changing the setup and configuration of software and technical equipment, connecting or disconnecting cables, handling connectors, attempting to fix equipment malfunctions by yourself
Damaging rooms and/or equipment

Eating or drinking outside of the designated areas
Animals
Littering
Moving furniture and equipment to other spaces without the administrator’s knowledge

Individual Studhouse spaces have a room reservation system

Access to the Student House may be refused:

If you do not provide your student ID card or other documents proving University affiliation
For breach of rules and regulations

Workspaces

“Galleria”

A studio equipped for audiovisual content production and other media projects

The space is managed by the IKBFU Student Media Development Centre. Prior to booking, coordinate the equipment and time needed with the Head of the Student Media Development Centre

“Mansarda”

Negotiation room with a capacity of up to 10 people. Suitable for events, presentations, meetings, and videoconferences


“ATRIUM” CONFERENCE HALL Conference hall with a capacity of 60–100 visitors. Suitable for live performances, lectures, conferences, meetings with student communities, etc.
