Baltic Forum: Neuroscience, AI and Complex Systems includes two large thematic conferences, initiative mini-symposia and provide unique international platform for the exchange of scientific, technical and educational ideas, results and achievements between leading specialists, including young scientists and students working in such rapidly developing areas of modern science.

Baltic Forum: Neuroscience, AI and Complex Systems is designed to promote active interaction of specialists in various scientific fields both at the national and international levels.

This Forum draws upon the successful experience of holding international events in Russia: International Conference «Neurotechnologies and Neurointerfaces» (5 conferences have been held since 2015) and Scientific School «Dynamics of Complex Networks and Its Applications in Intelligent Robotics» (7 conferences have been held since 2017).

The Kaliningrad Region is a unique region of Russia. The region is located on the southeastern coast of the Baltic Sea and is the westernmost region of the Russian Federation completely separated from the rest of the country by the land borders of foreign states and international sea waters.

With its small territory, Kaliningrad region is characterized by special natural conditions. A strip along the southern ice-free part of the Baltic Sea, which is a humid lowland plain with mild winters and a cool summer — these are quite favorable natural conditions of the region.

The Kaliningrad region is one of the smallest regions in Russia. But, despite this, you can find a wide variety of natural landscapes. And oak groves, pine forests, and many kilometers of bogs and meadows, and even sand dunes on the Curonian Spit. The entire Kaliningrad region is dotted with rivers and streams.
