The IKBFU has Launched State Fee Online Payment Form for Migration Registration

As of May 25, an online form is available for paying the state fee for migration registration of IKBFU international students at the university dormitory address (in accordance with Federal Law No. 271-FZ of July 31, 2025).

The state fee is 500 rubles per migration registration.

1. Open the application of a Russian bank (SberBank, T-Bank, Alfa-Bank, etc.) and scan the QR-code;
   

2. Check the correctness of the automatically filled in data;

3. Make a payment;

4. Save the payment receipt.

If the QR-code is unavailable, make a payment through the university's website.

Payment on the university's website 

1.    Go to the "Payments" section on the website of IKBFU at the link;

2.    Select the payment system (Gazprombank or Sberbank);

3.    Fill in the required information. Select the option "Compensation" in the "I am paying for:" field;

4.    In the “Expenses reimbursement” field select: «Возмещение расходов, связанных с необходимостью постановки на миграционный учёт иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства на территории РФ»;

5.    Fill in the required information in Russian;

6.     Check the following boxes:

“I want to receive payment confirmation via email”

“I agree with the data policy, I read and understood the data policy”

7.    Click the "Confirm payment" button;

8.    Check the correctness of the data and click "Yes". You will be redirected to the page where you fill in your bank card details.;

9.    Enter your Russian bank card details;

10.  Make a payment;

11.  Save the payment receipt.

The receipt confirming payment of the state fee must be sent to the Visa and Migration Support Division at visa@kantiana.ru along with the other documents listed in the registration requirements.

Please note that emails must be sent only from RU domains.

Failure to meet the deadlines for submitting documents, including the receipt for payment of the fee, constitutes a violation of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and may result in a fine of up to 7,000 rubles and deportation from the Russian Federation.
