For the Baltic Federal University, the popularisation of the Russian language and education is a priority. There is a growing need for professionals in the field of Russian as a foreign language both for the University’s projects with foreign partners and within the University itself. The Russian language is beautiful, it’s the language of the future, and I am thrilled that you have decided to embark on this path of professional growth. |

The new additions to the team of Russian as a foreign language teachers gives us the confidence needed to pursue our most ambitious ideas. The training programme for university staff is a significant move in strengthening IKBFU's positions in Russian language teaching both domestically and internationally. We are grateful to our colleagues and expert guests whose extensive practical experience allows us to achieve our goals. |

The program showed the great potential of IKBFU in the field of teaching Russian as a foreign language. We need to strengthen our professional efforts and create a platform for scientific communication such as a scientific and methodological seminar devoted to the issues of intercultural communication and intercultural education by means of Russian as a foreign language. By doing so, we can effectively advance and reinforce the University's standing in the global professional community. |
