Alexander Fedorov, IKBFU Rector: |
We value our cooperation and see a mutual desire to expand it. The university’s transformation facilitates this. The construction of the Kantiana campus positions us for advanced development in the future. Our primary focus is building a student-centred university that fosters intergenerational communication and provides a unique space for training the next generation of professors and researchers. |
Professor Lo commended the cooperation established with IKBFU in 2020. The Universities have organised numerous events, including seminars, roundtables and conferences, including the online conference on teacher education, titled “New trends in teacher training and support for teachers in modern conditions.”
In 2021, education students completed an internship in Hong Kong. Olga Kim, Vice-rector for International Education and Youth Policy, Associate Professor, regularly holds lectures and seminars for students of the partner university.
Professor Lo |
Our university is a classical institution where we prioritise both education and science. We focus on integrating the latest educational technologies, including those using AI, into the student learning process. Our goals extend beyond creating a joint pedagogical centre within the university; we aim to influence the entire education system in the region. Notably, our university ranks among the top 30 in the world for pedagogy. We would be delighted to share our experience not only with university faculty but also with school teachers. We have already established successful programs in Kazakhstan and Brunei, and we plan to open similar academic centres in Saudi Arabia and Iran in the near future. |
In addition, Professor Lo met with the IKBFU academic community, toured the laboratories, visited the campuses and interacted with students.
